Building Capacity to Work Effectively With Data
Some organizations have a natural tendency towards data, others will need to develop that. The one thing that is definitely required to build that capability is time. I think we are very capable when it comes to data from a retail perspective and have a long legacy of using that effectively. But we are really building our capability and it's like building a muscle. You know, it just does not happen overnight.
