Is There a Sleep Spindle in Twins?
Twins tend to have similar sleep patterns. Even their electrical bursts of brain activity within sleep itself are remarkably similar based on that homology of genetics. We've known about it for over 50 years nowa were starting to understand that it too has a functional purpose to it. But even these little bursts of activity forget even the gross architecture of sleep, which is highly stable within mono cigotic twins.
