FSGS and MCD - Is There a Circulating Factor?

FSGS is essentially a type of scar. It's a sclerosis and that has to have, there has to start somewhere before. When you see the tip lesion, when you see the FSGS, this chorotic lesion, you're already down the road much further. So it sounds like you might actually put your money down on saying close to 100% of these patients probably have a circulating factor if you see those fine granular IgG deposits. I would put my money down that they all have an antibody.
