There's so much emerging evidence around the gut brain axis and what we do know from the studies. The more diverse our gut microbiome is by incorporating things like fermented foods we can actually improve that functional capability with the human cells. So it's amazing because when you say all fungi or bacteria I think that everybody will be imagining something really gruesome and really just not nice but actually it's incredible that we all the earth and us as human beings need these things to survive.
