I don't even think it's comparable. The goal here is to put on some muscle. I enjoy running, but sort of the focus right now is getting stronger and lifting weights a bit more nice. There are products that use artificial sweeteners that might get you over the hump. But i remember um kanburry actually said that you should treat those products like you would treat a nicotine gum.
