Building Complexes Without Thinking
A complex that focuses more in power and just pure absolute limit strength should always have fewer exercises and fewer reps with a higher weight. If we want to kind of move more towards the conditioning and endurance side, than we can have more exercises done for more raps. And i generally recommend, if you're doing power and strength complexes, to perform accumulation sets. I think anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes is about perfect for this type of training.
