Wyatt: A lot of people want to get into industrial real estate, but they're afraid or timid to make the leap from something that they know quite well. I always say start wherever you can, you know, start where you're comfortable. So for us, it was $100,000 condos and putting lipstick on them, changing kitchens,. You know, doing pretty remedial work and making some money. And then 2009 was the first industrial warehouse. Wyatt: Industrial really stood out for me because it was frankly easier. The tenants were a lot easier to deal with dealing with a business owner rather than a then a single tenant.
