The key is to focus on the agenda and not be taken off your game. The more difficult person is the silent person, which is what you were all moving to. You need to operate on the risk side of the equation and not let them bully you in the positions. It reminds me we do a compound in our household, which is just keeping everything in descending order priority. That's the same idea. I like that mandatory important and desirable.
