Jiu Jitsu - Do You See Meniscus Issues?

In Jiu Jitsu, you see a lot of meniscus issues. Just the patella tendon will kind of flare up. So if he hasn't been doing isometrics three times a day, first thing he does wakes up three sets, 45 seconds of an isometric. And then from the next session, if his knee feels better, well, his goal is to get into that pain range. We don't want to go too far on its heels because we're just chasing it.
