The Benefits of Refeeds in the Late Luteal Phase

Women are a lot hungrier in the late luteal their their cravings get very high. Maybe load them say do like a two or three day refeed towards the end of the luteal phase And then they'll have high glycogen going into the follicular phase where you want their performance to be even further enhanced. I wouldn't really see the benefit of the refeeds uh, and in terms of adherence um, it's also dubiousI think because what works best for adherence is usually stability routine habit formation,. So if you try to give in to these uh, momentary cravings It is more disruptive in my experience than beneficial especially because it's very hard to predict.
