Fairness and Monkey - The Grapes and the Cucumbers

The first study found that capuchin monkeys paid attention to what other ones were getting. The famous experimentt you can find on lhy internet, shows one monkey gets cucumber slices, the other one gets grapes for the same task. But if the other one is getting grapes, then the one who gets cucumber gets very upset and doesn't want to do it any more. It's almost like an irrational response. If you look at it from the perspective of a co operative primate, they are co operative primates too. You need to watch what you get.
