If you are insulin resistant and you have metabolic syndrome, for example, those people are at higher risk without question. But all the studies done on LDL and saturated fat and all this, it takes into account all of that. There's no study that says let's take metabolically unhealthy people and compare them to metabolically healthy people and see if there's an outcome like that. So those claims are just trying to sell whatever fantasy story they're trying to sell.
