Prior to this job, i worked for cummins desl engine company. And i was in charge of the service operations and field service. I started there as a service ravisor worked my way to that. You don't get to call anybody else. They call me, and that's it. So you're used to being resourceful,. You're used to the client's always right under pressure. ind doing it all under pressure while having to do it at the highest level of service. because people used you for that.
