Mariwana is not ergogenic, which probably shouldn't be a big surprise. When you look at performance outcomes, it either hinders performance or just has no effect. i have partaken in maraana exactly four times in my life, and i generally like the idea of it. All every time i've used it, i fall asleep immediately. It takes, you know, probably ten, 20 minutes to feel anything. I feel better, chill, relaxed for about five minutes, and then instantly asleep. Yes, you would be unable to wake me up.
