Emotions Inform Us

Emotions can feel too big. We can feel swept away by our big emotions, but i want you to know you can handle them. One of the biggest emotions at 've had to work with as a coach i is with a client who lost a child. And so we talked about letting things wash over her as she grieved. Her grief is not done. It's not going to be done. This happened several years ago, and it's still with her. But we teach her to release it. So later to day, when you're irritated because you can't find your phone for the third and you feel that big emotion swelling, i know that you can handle that one.
