Introduction
This week, we talk about breathing your breath. It's super relevant for a lot of us in our day to day and it's actually extremely relevant for me with this episode. Right before recording this literally 20 minutes ago, maybe 30 at this point, i was two steps away from a full blown panic attack. Thankfully, i was able to deal with it. But it got me thinking that so many of us might be feeling that way. We might be feeling like we're so close, we're right there. And one of the things that can help in the moment, while it may not be the greatest long term solution, is breathing, is focusing on our breath.
