Can a D Load Be Modified?
i think it comes to the athletes that i work with, those who have a some kind of o plan that implements changes in their training, that works in our favour. So for example, i had a recent athlete who was having aa knee pain, a depth of a squat. So we we modified the range of motion, we modified the load. We did some accessory movements to a kind of have him grip the floor a bit with his foot. That seemed to help modify his symptoms. A versis the person who doesn't have a plan like that in place, and then we have to come up with those kind of things on top of the modifications that we're throwing into the training
