It's goind to build a very good report what that b leader, wherever the deal sponsor is. And then also whoever the acquired leader is coming over. You can have some p leaders that isn't at least an intigration leader that you want to go build those relationships with right off theback. It's not easy o just go through apoy congatier or go through somebody's wicke a o of that person atri. But it's something if i could go back and do it again, i wish we would have done up front.
