The new literature has shifted my perspective in making me more confident in making certain training decisions that I previously only intuited would be a good idea, but had not answered questions about. For example, if I'm doing wrist curls, which I actually did earlier today, and I do them on a bench laying down, like imagine a gravity points that way. There's a bench here, the bench ends here and my wrist is all dumbbell wrist curls. That was part of what we were going to talk about with our first question.
