One of the issues that always comes up is we do this calculation. It's 6.7 liters or 280 ml per hour of free water. We're not talking about a massive amount of fluid when you're thinking about the enteral tract. But through an IV, it ends up being that's a notable amount. And then oftentimes these patients are intubated or they have a history of heart failure.
