How to Overcome Anxiety in Sports

I'd say more so before the fight is anxiety that you're feeling. I was a lot of fighters deal with negative thoughts, and I really didn't have any. And if I did, I was able to kind of counter them and turn it around. That's kind of what meditation is done for me. But yeah, I'd say probably just being able to control my thoughts more, which is an important and powerful skill, especially in sports.
