Are You Taking Significant Time Off From Running?

After eight weeks of complete inactivity a, you are looking at relatively significant fitness decline. After 12 weeks, then you'r it's not like your starting from scratch, but you're going to have much harder climb back to your previous level of fitness. The one thing i will echo is a lot of the nurro muscular fitness starts to erode more quickly than your arobic fitness declines. And so if you are to get on the track and maybe do a amarathon pace workout after two weeks off, you're goin to be able to do that work out, and it's probably not good. You're going to be not sharp. But don't get discouraged
