Is It the Perfect Ratio?

I think at the time it was I, it's of course, we had a really clear reason why it was 90 grams an hour. People have these like very long discussions about how a sports drink needs to be 7.6% and it cannot be more than 8%. It's nonsense because all the stuff gets mixed in the stomach. And then as soon as you mix solid food with that sports drink, your whole theory about awesomeality and all those things are out of the window. So if you choose a bar, choose a bar that has the right ratios that mixes with your other products - avoid bars that are high in fat, fiber and protein. That would be my advice.
