The Value of Working From the Bottom Up

Most people have dozens of things that they need to do but don't yet know what they are. Getting things done requires two basic components defining, one, what done means outcome and two, what doing looks like action. Many actions require only a minute or two in the appropriate context to move a project forward. A bottom up approach is usually more effective than working from the top down.
