The hardest fogt by far, was the levelling people into the career framework and getting them to accept management's decision of where they were currently at. Rolling out those levels was tricky because exactly what you said, everyone always put themselves in the staff yo level levels on,. And you had to have some conversations with them. The mistake i made was, as doing surveys, i think i'd like gurgle forms. Now, there's much better way, as you can use thattis cul champ or whatever.
