Getting Started With Running the Power

The power number is independent. It it doesn't rely on the course profile. And so now when you're running your standard one hour, ten k, whatever, six mile loop, you can have a look and and see how your power varies against what you normally run that loopin. So for me to go 20 minutes all out, that's very different than on who does five k in 25 minutes. While of said distance, the distance doesn't actually matter. It's just power over time, because that's what that's going to establish your critical power curve.
