How to Get an Efficient Forecasting Process?
Good performance management in that sense always goes along with a very efficient forecasting process. So the first one is actually you know having clear use cases and a clear set of KPIs. Now the question is then once I know my KPI that I want to forecast, how do I get an efficient forecasting process up and running? Where do I get the data? Specifically if it's not my own data but if I need also my competitors or if I need to forecast more customers so where can I get these data points and how often do I want to do the forecasting because we sometimes become companies.
