Alex's death was deemed natural causes or a pulmonary embolism. He did have the same blood-tinged foam coming out of his mouth that tami had coming out of her mouth when she died and so it's entirely possible that there was something undetectable. If zulama and alex were married then zulama you know has access to alex and can take care of something if something needs to be taken care of but i think it's really important to note that he wasn't cremated there's no possibility of going back if we find something out later.
