Is There a Difference Between 1.7 and 1.8 Grams of Protein Per Kilo?

This number that you gave us 1.7 or a bit more grams of protein per kilogram body mass per day comes from a lot of the work in endurance athletes, but this isn't necessarily an ultra marathon runners or ultra endurance athletes. So is there any reason to think that those values would be in higher or be any different for somebody who's putting in 70 miles a week, even 100? And we also know of people that are 150 and plus miles per week. Do we expect the needs to continue going up?
