Peter Cevallos: I think the first point that baseline sales experience and that third point are going to come out more in the interview. He says he looks at people's LinkedIn's or resumes, right? Are you looking for somebody who has been part of a sales team as an individual contributor and they've seen success? So yeah, that's what I look for when I'm scanning profiles is, can I gain elements of that from how they describe their experience at companies? "I really don't think that you have to have been at a hypergrowth company," she adds.
