Is There a Way to Increase Your ACV?
If you're going to offer those things, think about like, what would be there? I always think, there's the same way you design like a workout for competition. So I'm not going to put things in there that are going to cause me financial harm or, you know, financial distress with regard to the client. And then over time, what will typically ends up happening or what probably ends up making the most sense is I raise my price so that it's just included for everybody. Now they have more access. The gym makes more revenue. It's a win-win for everybody.
