Sen and Shishinosato: A New Way to Eat Sake

Yamanaka's Sen sake is now available in California and New York. The versatility of Sen makes it a great food pairing sake. Matsurosan says his wish is for people to pair it with non-Japanese foods too. For the first time ever, there's hot water in the brewery now.
