i think it's really pot to try not to get to the third level of darkness. And even with affirmations, you know, i think we have to be mindful of the language that we use. An affirmation that says, i am great, or, i am the best thing since slice bread is not going to feel achievable or realistic to you. It can actually make you feel worse about yourself. So setting yourself up for success, even with affirmation, i think, is really important.
