Coaching Can Help Leaders Deal With Imposter Syndrome

I've never met a leader who wanted to do a bad job or wanted to be and often I think leaders are so overwhelmed and they they're doing their very best and they don't know how to get out of their own way. This is where observation and maybe some coaching can really help them. Yeah especially in the situation that you described where internally one gets promoted the other one not. And assuming that we all have imposter syndrome to some degree that we have the impression that the world thinks we are smarter than we actually are. If then the new leader is insecure uncertain and believes or maybe the other person actually deserved it better in order to try to cover up our insecurities.
