i think the way that we do that is by making sure that there is a company goal. It's really hard to something you worked on and take it out of a product, especially, you know, what they call te a sunken cost fallacy. To me, values in mission really are help here. We're supporting founders and hopefully inspiring them to innovate within their company’s final question for you each. Have you started ripping stuff out or deprecate?
