There's one study on female athletes like highly advanced lifters showing benefits of even twice a day training compared to once a day. What I originally tried doing here is just increasing the frequency so that you have for example only an A and a B session. Each day is a completely different kind of day but they are all technically full body sessions. So usually what you end up doing is having a lot more variety for the advanced trainees.
