Do You Do a Lot of Bricks?
The only real brick we do is like 10 days before race. I always have like a three hours TT bike ride without any unit intervals. And then I have a 5k race pace run off the bike. So that's actually the only rear brick we do in training. Sometimes we do like one hour warm up before run. Yeah, I wouldn't really call it a brick. Just do our interval session on the run when you're already in a calorie deficit from a hard bike session. It can just like knock you off for a few days. That's why we really barely do brick sessions.
