We hope for a change, but stay the same because we're afraid. What i think works in what science shows is contemplation oa non judge mental space. I'm trying to say you know, spend some time looking at this thing and appreciating it. You can't be kind of like, worried all the time,. i'll feel bad about myself and humiliated if i, i, if i take this small step. And so real change happens when you're able to say, there's some good in this behaviour. If all you say is thattitit is that lie to yourself that everything about this thing is bad, it's very hard to move forward....
