Christian and Gustav don't polarise training with Christian and Gustav in the lead up to Kona so there's really no need for them to run heaps faster in training than what they have to based on the zones you're setting. We are trying to hit a target or adapt to a demand not doing some fancy training because we see that that can give you a long session with high VO to max but your right race time is going to be independently of your VO to max very simplified but a big week.
