Using a Third Party for Continuous Improvement?
I'm always curious, because i feel like the companies have their own culture wherthey become heavily reliant on using third fire resources. My instinct in direction is to do it in house, because it's an irepetable function. I think it makes sense to invest in bringing on a third party when you're early and may be doing this for the first time or the second time just to educate yourself. An obviously, using a third party is not inexpensive, but i think it's worth while investment when it comes to maturing the process. Any tips and tricks on enabling that continuous improvement, the knowledge transfer, the centre of excellence type of model? Anything there that'sto be found
