The Role of Reflection in Statements
It's sometimes appropriate to provide a reflection in a statement, and i's sometimes not. There are certain situations e af statements prepared for purely a fact finding process. The rule of the coroner is really to ascertain certain facts about a patient's death. We would never advise a doctor to do that without contracting the defense organization first am. But an appropriate place for reflection would be if you were writing on a port or a statement for your apprisal.
