I think we just do a lot of work about practicing how to talk about your feelings. How do you know when you're angry? Do you feel in your stomach? Do you feeling it in your chest? Like where in your body do you feel different feelings because people might not be able to say the feeling but they can say how their body feels in that situation. And so I probably do aA lot of like practicing that with me in the office just so that he gets comfortable even verbalizing his feelings to meBecause the therapist I don't I'm unbiased I there's no emotional baggage with talking to me like I'm a blank slate for him and so it's a way for you
