I've been working a lot with telco companies recently and we've used AI to help the agents in a call center to say the right things to consumers. So that's one, but where else is it happening? So it's happening on any website you go to. I think the interesting piece is that they are supported by AI so that they can have the best arguments and they know what to tell you. That's actually I think a very concrete way to use AI and we're seeing this in many, many industries.
