A 360 degree review is one of the different ways that you would do an annual review. It's meant to be a talent development tool and provide feedback for an employee so that they know how to improve generally feedback is only given downward. Janet: I have personally never done a 360 review. When I worked at my finest job, we did Q1, Q2, mid-year, and annual reviews but never a 360.
