The Different Paths to Metabolic Health
The average adult in industrial life has poor metabolic health. The conventional route is to go see a doctor and get meds like metformin or statins, which can lower your levels of cholesterol but also put you at risk for cardiovascular disease. You are presenting an alternative avenue for people to go down which involves harder work of lifestyle and behavioral and nutritional changes. I'm going to say that I disagree with the idea that one requires hard work and one doesn't.
