How Do You Get Better at Biofeedback?
As you train with the leaf and get better at biofeedback, you know, you get faster at moving your state. And eventually years is that you're able to really shift very quickly. You can get a little bit of feedback in one or two breaths, jump your HRV back up into a good range. But that's kind of the ideal where you're just making these micro interventions and micro changes to your breathing pattern throughout the dayto optimize how you're dealing with the world.
