The better we get with our East Central Grade of Force development, the more we're going to be going up in this area. I don't think that your long, slow, heavy East Central is going to do that much as far as like getting you out of the whole faster. That's just overloading the time under tension on the East Central. If it's about hypertrophy, it's about time under tension. That's all that matters.
