Bands that connect from the upper limb to the lower limb help increase the activation and the connectivity of that core. So you can tap into the elasticity and explosive of the core in function. I was doing a band back pedal deceleration drill and it snapped on me and hit me where it counts. It's hilarious. Maybe we'll release the footage someday. But I'm like, okay, I don't want this to ever happen to me again.
