If you're going to set a goal, I think an underlying kind of rule of thumb here is try to stay away from a time goal. And have it be more intensity focused. So if that's your goal, right? Then you say like, okay, well, where am I today? Right? What are kind of my power levels, what kind of training, what's my CTL today? You know,What kind of training load do I have currently? And where can I realistically get, you know, given time commitments, family, ability to train?"
