Every restaurant of every kind has to know what the the customer wants to order, and that's entered in a point of sale system. That p o s system gets sent over to the kitchen where the food gets made. U, some restaurants, some really good restaurants, have things like an ear piece. And there's no yelling. There's no talking yelling. What i mean is there's nobody speaking loudly,. Sometimes as microphone and a loud speaker. We have one of those at major domo. Bcause there's so much noise in a kitchen.
